Membership Application

LETOA memberships are good for one year – starting May 1^st and ending April 30^th. However, any new memberships processed after January 1^st will be good through May 1^st of the next year.

There are three ways to join. 1) Memberships can be started and renewed each year while signing up for the annual training conference. 2) Membership forms can be downloaded and submitted electronically or via hard copy.
